Some templates contain copyrighted material owned by other organizations. When you purchase one of these templates, we report the sale to the applicable copyright holder. The report includes:

  • Purchase date
  • Purchaser's name
  • Company name

Depending on the template purchased, we report sales to:

  • Copyright holders for Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) templates
  • Council of Petroleum Accountants Societies (COPAS)
  • Pound Printing
  • International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC)
