Software License Summary¶
This is a reading aid, not a replacement for the Software License Agreement. The full agreement controls for orders and renewals that accept it; publishing new terms does not automatically replace an earlier agreement.
The essentials¶
- One computer per license. Purchase enough licenses for every computer using the Software.
- An active subscription is required. You must stop using the licensed Software, including creating or modifying forms with it, if the subscription expires. You may keep completed documents and business records.
- Use supported systems. Follow the installation instructions and requirements for your forms. Historical instructions do not promise compatibility with current templates.
- Uninstall before moving a license. Follow the documented procedure and contact support for reinstallation. A deleted file or replaced computer is not a completed uninstall.
- Company-to-company transfers require written notice. The recipient must accept the applicable terms and have an active subscription. You must uninstall and retain no copies of the Software.
- Completed documents can be shared. Sharing does not give the recipient a license to the templates or their automation features.
- Support and program updates are included. Form revisions may carry a separate charge. Lost licenses are subject to replacement charges.
- The warranty includes a correction and refund process. For a documented problem on a supported system, give us notice during an active subscription and 90 days to correct it. If unresolved, you may cancel and request a refund of subscription fees for the affected Software for the period in which you reported the problem, plus fees charged during correction. Earlier license purchases and subscription periods are excluded. A timely claim survives expiration without requiring renewal. Refunds are issued within 30 days after the correction period has ended and we receive the required removal confirmation and refund request.
- Warranty and liability limits apply. See the full agreement; rights that cannot legally be excluded are preserved.
