Cancellation & Refund Policy¶
Version: October 19, 2026
This policy covers software subscriptions purchased from High Tech Forms, LLC. It supplements the Software License Agreement; it does not replace an earlier agreement, override a separately signed agreement, or limit a refund remedy under your applicable agreement or law. Custom programming projects are governed by their own agreed project terms.
Manual renewal¶
Our subscriptions renew manually. We do not automatically renew your subscription or automatically charge you for another subscription term. Your order or invoice identifies your subscription period and charges.
To continue using the licensed Software after your subscription expires, you must renew or reinstate your subscription.
Cancellation and non-renewal¶
If you do not want to continue your subscription, simply choose not to renew. You do not need to submit a cancellation request to prevent an automatic renewal charge, because subscriptions do not renew automatically.
You may continue using the licensed Software through the end of your paid subscription period, subject to the Software License Agreement. You may also stop using it earlier, but doing so does not entitle you to a refund or credit for unused time, except as described below.
When your subscription expires, you must stop using the licensed Software, including creating or modifying forms with it, until your subscription is renewed or reinstated. You may retain completed documents and business records; retaining them does not extend your right to use the Software's licensed editing or automation features.
Non-refundable subscription payments¶
Subscription payments are non-refundable, except for refunds available under your applicable Software License Agreement or required by law.
Subject to those exceptions, we do not provide full or prorated refunds or credits because you change your mind, stop using the Software, cancel before the end of the paid subscription period, or choose not to renew.
Our software subscriptions do not involve physical-product returns or return shipping.
Warranty and legally required refunds¶
Any refund remedy under your applicable Software License Agreement remains available, subject to its terms. The current agreement provides a limited warranty and a 90-day correction period for qualifying problems reported during an active subscription. If a qualifying problem remains unresolved after that period, you may cancel the affected license and subscription and request the refund described in the agreement.
See Limited warranty and correction period for eligibility, refundable amounts, removal and written-confirmation requirements, and refund timing. Nothing in this policy shortens or removes that remedy or any rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
